• Reporting to CESS @ Department of Spine Surgery – ROOM NO 6- Lilavati Hospital
•  Registration – Clinic Secretary /Clinic Manager will assist.
•  History & Clinical/ Radiological Examination: Spine Fellow/ Physiotherapist will assist
•  Detailed Examination + Consultation — Consultant /Your Doctor.
• Management Plan/ Counselling – Consultant /Your Doctor.
• Clinical Counselling – Spine Fellow will assist.
• Physiotherapy Counselling – Spine Physiotherapist will assist.
• SOS Financial Counselling – Clinic Manager /Secretary will assist
• SOS Admission/ Referral/ Pre-op Optimisation/ TPA /Discharge Counselling -Spine Fellow + Clinic Manager will organise.
• Emergency Care / Query / Emergency Ambulance/ Transport: Call:- Secretary/ Clinical Manager/ Spine Fellow
